Shuttle-Pickup at 2 p. m. at Hotel Milam, Tulum
Dress Code: formal and festive in our color palette
Shuttle Service to the wedding venue
We will provide a shuttle service for every wedding guest departing from Hotel Milam in
Tulum to our wedding venue.
If you are not a guest of this Hotel, you can still get on the shuttle! You can go directly to the
hotel and use the vans to get to the wedding venue.
The shuttle will leave at 2 p. m. Please make sure to be on time, to avoid delays during the
wedding day. The vans are not going to wait for anyone, so please arrive on time
If you choose not to take the shuttle, for logistical reasons, avoid driving your own car to the
wedding as much as possible. We recommend using a taxi or a private driver instead.
We will provide a shuttle back to the venue aher the event is over. One will leave a bit earlier
for those who might’ve gotten a little bit too much sun and one will leave later for those who
want to dance with us a little longer under the night sky.
Here as well, it is possible to order a taxi back.
Gifts
Your presence on this magical day in Mexico is the greatest gift you can give us. Traveling
around the world to be with us, is more than enough to make us happy.
That’s why we are not expecting any gifts from you.
If you wish to get us a gift we appreciate a thoughtfully written card or a personal gift
that comes from the heart.

ACCOMODATION
We have booked two Villas at Hotel Milam Tulum. As of right now there is still one room for
two people available in one of the Villas, so if you’re interested in joining us here, please let
us know. Please note that this is not where the wedding will take place. Regardless of
whether you stay here or not, we will organize shuttles to our venue on the wedding day for everyone from here.
Besides that, there is plenty of accommodations in Tulum and also some very nice Airbnbs
right next to our hotel. We suggest booking something in La Valeta or somewhere else in the
city center, as this is where we will be staying and the accommodations at the beach can get
quite expensive. If you need help with booking a place, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us, as we’d
love to help you as travel experts.
Travel informa:on
The easiest option to reach Tulum from outside of Mexico is via a flight to Cancun. Please
contact us, if you need help with finding or booking a flight.
From Cancun to Tulum it is approximately a two-hour drive by car. We suggest using the very
convenient ADO busses to reach Tulum. However, you can also book a shuttle or private
driver or rent a car to drive to Tulum yourself. We don’t recommend getting a taxi, when
arriving at the airport.
We suggest extending your stay a little and explore some more of this tropical piece of the
world that we love so much. If you need any recommendations on where to go or what to
see, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
