“Yolanda and Ricardo (Y&R) SAVED our wedding! Not only did they fix all the last minute issues but they were professional and polite throughout the entire process.

We knew right away after our initial video call with Y&R they were the perfect planners for our wedding. We had met several other wedding planning companies and none of them were as transparent and knowledgeable as the Party Studio. We were slightly overwhelmed with choosing a venue. They took the time to discuss the differences between resorts and independent venues. They listened to our needs and concerns, while also being informative and helpful. After we chose to have the wedding at a resort they immediately began creating a mood board, timeline, and budget. Their communication was timely and they were always available to assist us with questions we had.

We weren't sure if we were able to tour the resort before the wedding which made it very difficult to envision the wedding. The Party Studio, scheduled an onsite tour of the resort and filmed every possible location for us. It was so kind for them to make us feel more comfortable with our choice. Luckily we were able to come to Mexico and see the resort at a later date. Y&R met us onsite to walk through everything with us, as well as meet the resort's wedding team. They were so friendly and genuine during our tour. We had an instant connection with them.

They were extremely helpful with navigating the rules of the resort. They were able to find us amazing photographers and videographers outside of the resort's vendors. They not only helped the communication between our outside vendors and the resort, but they also professionally defended us when the resort wasn't acting fairly. As we approached the wedding date, the resort seemed to always find additional costs/restrictions. If it wasn't for Party Studio, we would have either been stuck with the costs or foregone having certain things at the wedding. They really made us feel confident while planning a destination wedding over 2,000 miles away.

We had also tried to mail most of our personalized decorations to Mexico. The packages never seemed to make it to the correct address but the Party Studio always went out of their way to collect all the packages and speak to the postal services for us. Only one package was lost, completely outside of the Party Studio's control, and they went above and beyond to remediate the issue. They spent multiple days driving around buying decorations, printing, and designing signage, all while organizing with the resort and the outside vendors for our wedding that was happening in less than 48 hours. We would not have had any recourse outside of the Party Studio. Y&R always did an amazing job at reassuring us everything would be ok.

On the day of the wedding Y&R were everywhere. If someone needed something on the other side of the resort, they were there. They spent the whole day making sure everything was how we discussed, as well as helped everyone with their day of wedding needs. Despite being busy, they were always a calming presence. Constantly asking if we needed anything with a happy smile on their faces. You can tell they love what they do, which is great because they are talented at it! They did an incredible job at planning and executing our wedding. All of our guests were amazed at everything that was able to be accomplished with a destination wedding. I believe it is a common misconception that it is difficult to add your personal flare to a destination wedding; it isn't difficult at all if you have the right people assisting you. The Party Studio has those people!

After the wedding, we continued to stay in touch. Their personalities are impossible not to enjoy and I am happy to consider them as friends. We stayed in Mexico for a week following the wedding. We had the incredible opportunity to tour a nearby town with Y&R. We toured the town center, ate authentic cuisine, and were able to learn about each other's personal lives and interests. Y&R are a darling pair, and we feel so fortunate to have met them!"
