The All-Inclusive package is amazing! It includes round-trip airport shuttle transportation (charter bus), unlimited food and drinks, access to the nature parks and ferry service to Cozumel (island) from Playa del Carmen.
**Please note, there is a 3-night minimum stay required and you must make accommodations through our travel agent to be accounted for as a wedding guest. Third party bookings (Expedia, Hotel.com, Chase, AMEX, or even direct bookings from the resort’s website, misc.) unfortunately will not count towards our wedding guest count.**

Although the resort is family-friendly, our celebration will be adults-only, except for children of immediate family. Families are welcome to join, and the resort offers babysitting services for an additional fee. Children 0-5 years old, free lodging. Please see below for more information for Kangaroo Baby Sitting, offered through the resort.
Room Block Information
Hotel Xcaret Mexico requires all guests to stay on-site, as they do not offer day or wedding-only passes. The most affordable option is the Suite Garden View, priced at around ~$2300 for a 3-night, double-occupancy stay (two person stay), with a 3-night minimum. Single-occupancy stay is also available, 3-night minimum, priced at ~$1,400. There is a payment plan option available with a 20% deposit required. This pricing does not include airfare.
If you would like to extend your stay beyond three days, you are more than welcome to do so! The wedding room discount will be valid for up to nine days, between the dates of November 27th - December 6th, 2025.

Our wonderful team of English speakers infant first aid-trained babysitters can help care for various ages.
We will find the perfect match for you.
Our nannies can take care of children from newborns to teenagers, to schedule the nannies we check that their profile matches the age of the children.
As official providers in Xcaret, it's important to mention that Xcaret policies only allow the babysitter to be in your room, however, you can pay a "day/night pass" so that the babysitter would be allowed to be around the hotel areas. It's essential you confirm this information with them.
Below I share our terms and conditions, and then with the babysitter, the Familiy would go over a mini questionnaire that asks for information about the child, any medical issues that we may need to know, their cellular telephone number, where they will be on the property, more or less, among a couple of other points.
Rate of service
$15.00 USD p/h, per babysitter

Half hours will be charged at half the price.
A Cancellation fee of $40.00 USD will apply if cancelled with less than 3 hours' notice.
Services are requested for a minimum of 2 hours.
Tips are not included in the service rates.
To secure the booking and babysitter we require a $40 USD deposit and your room number (when you arrive) so the babysitter can enter through security without delay. We will deduct this from their payment after the service.

Methods of payment:
Cash: They will be able to pay in dollars or Mexican pesos to the nanny at the end of the service.
Credit/Debit Card: Through a CLIP link they will be able to pay for your services (until 10 PM)
Please note:
Each nanny can only take care of a maximum of 2 children, depending on their ages. For children under 2 years of age, it’s a requirement that care should be 1:1, especially during daytime services and with water activities. For night and/or in-room services, if it’s a babysitter for two children (where one is under 2 years old), they must leave one of the two children asleep and cannot leave the property.

Flights
To find affordable flights, we recommend booking in advance. The wedding will take place in Riviera Maya, and the best-connected airports are Cancún and Tulum.
Flights from the U.S.
• Cancún Airport:
For flights from the U.S., Cancún is the main arrival point. Check frequently for promotions from airlines like Aeroméxico, Delta, or American Airlines.
Tips to Save on Flights:
• Purchase tickets with checked baggage included at the time of booking, as it’s usually cheaper than adding baggage later.
• If not added during booking, include checked baggage at least 5 days before the flight to avoid higher fees.
Transportation from the Airport
Important!
• DO NOT TAKE TAXIS outside the airport.
• Your accommodations includes complimentary round trip shuttle service through Xcaret. Please provide your flight information to our Travel Agent. This information will be sent to the resort.
