Airport Information: Cancun International Airport (CUN) is the primary gateway to the entire Riviera Maya, offering the most flexibility and a wide range of flight options and price points. We encourage all guests to book their flights to this airport.
Transfers Information: To ensure a reliable and hassle-free experience, please book your airport transfers in advance with the Travel Agent, avoid taking taxis at the airport as you will be overcharged. All transportation services must be arranged privately well in advance.
Attire
Beach Formal Attire.
Hers: Midi or Maxi dress in tropical, chromatic colors. Opt for light fabrics such as linen, cotton, gauze, or organza. Wedding ceremony will take place on the beach, think about appropiate shoes such as wedge heels or wide heels.
Please avoid wearing dresses shorter than the lengths specified above, as well as white or off-white dresses, and sandals or flip-flops for the ceremony.
His: Light-colored pants or chinos in shades like brown, blue, or grey. Combined with a light-colored button down shirt in white, blue, green, etc. Opt for light fabrics such as linen or cotton. Blazer/vest is optional. Dress shoes are required.
Please avoid shorts, denim, jeans, and sandals.

Additional Information
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
The government of the state of Quintana Roo, Mexico is charging resort visitors a
new environmental tax of $25 Pesos per room per night (Approx. $2 USD per room
per night) payable upon check in at your resort.
Tourists arriving in the Mexican state Quintana Roo (including Cancun, Playa del
Carmen, Tulum and Riviera Maya), will have to pay an $18.80 travel tax beginning
April 1, 2021.
Foreign travelers will be able to pay the new tax electronically when they book their
trip, during their stay, or upon exiting the state via a new website called Visitax (see
below). The payment is obligatory for all foreign visitors.

Insurance Information:
Trip Cancellation, Interruption and Emergency medical travel insurance is highly recommended. If you would like a quote for insurance please fill out the booking form and select the insurance option you would like pricing for. Once the Booking Form has been submitted I will send an email with an accurate quote for the insurance based on trip cost, travel dates, and age of passengers.

A VALID Canadian or US PASSPORT is MANDATORY FOR ALL DESTINATIONS. Any exceptions will be noted upon request with I Do Dream Destination Weddings. It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT VALID Canadian or US PASSPORTS BE VALID FOR 6 MONTHS PAST DEPARTURE DATES OF TRAVEL. Some destinations require your passport to be valid for 6 months past your intended stay. This will be noted on your invoice.
