ACCOMMODATION

Dear Family and Friends,

After talking with some of you, we realized that the Hard Rock Hotel could be out of budget for many of our guests. Since reservations have not yet been made, we have decided to change the travel agency and recommended a hotel to better accommodate everyone.

The new recommended hotel is within the Bahia Principe complex, which offers two options: Luxury Akumal and Grand Tulum. You can choose any of them (see the information sheets below). Our new agency will be able to offer better rates. Although it is still a luxury option, the hotel was renovated just six months ago, which makes it a very elegant and valuable choice.

Keep in mind that, although we would love for you to stay at this hotel, it is not where the wedding will be held. The wedding will take place in an external place, approximately 15 minutes by car from the hotel.

If you are planning a longer stay and want to take care of your budget, feel free to book only three nights at the Bahia Principe so that we can spend time together outside of the wedding events.

What you need to know

We can't wait to celebrate with you all weekend long!

 Flights

To find cheap flights, we recommend buying in advance. The wedding will take place in Riviera Maya, which is best connected with the airports of Cancun and Tulum.

Flights from Europe:

- Cancun Airport: The most direct way to fly to Cancun from Europe is with the bi-weekly flights from Brussels Airport to Cancun with TUI Fly, as well as from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport.

- Mexico City: From Europe, you can fly to Mexico City from Amsterdam Schiphol, Paris Charles de Gaulle, Madrid, and Frankfurt. Then, take a domestic flight from Mexico City to Cancun.

Flights from Mexico:

- Good connections from all major Mexican cities such as Mexico City, Monterrey, Guadalajara, and Querétaro.

TIP: If flying from Mexico City, check out flight options from the AIFA airport for possibly cheaper rates.

Flights from the USA:

- Well connected from all major airports in the USA.

We suggest buying a flight with a baggage-inclusive fare at the same time as purchasing the ticket to save money or at least 5 days before the flight.

To leave the airport:

DO NOT TAKE A TAXI OUTSIDE THE AIRPORT.

Shuttle can be booked through the travel agency.

- Having a shuttle service arranged by the Travel Agency or with the hotel will always be the best option.

- If traveling in a group, you can hire a private van at an approximate cost of $XX per person.

- If traveling in a group of 4, renting a car will be a good option.

What to bring:

Swimsuit, sandals, hat, cap, sunscreen, sunglasses, a desire to have fun, and money 🤣

What not to bring:

Worries and work.
